How local pickup and delivery work, and what to do if a lot is not right.
Pickup in store
Most orders are ready for pickup at our North York store within one business day of payment. Bring your order number and a photo ID. Orders are held for 14 days from the payment date before they are returned to stock.
Local delivery
Delivery is available inside our service area at checkout when your order qualifies. Fees and estimated windows are shown before you pay; delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Auction lots
Auction lots must be paid within the deadline shown on your order — usually 48 hours after the hammer. Unpaid lots are cancelled and the next highest bidder may be offered the lot.
Returns
Fixed-price bins and bundles may be returned within 7 days with the packing slip for store credit, provided all listed items are included and in the same condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Final-sale, salvage, and opened lots are sold as-is and cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the listing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right — replacement, credit, or refund at your choice.
