Do I need a membership or a coupon?
No. There is nothing to join, nothing to sign up for, and no code to enter. Everyone pays the same price for the same bin, on the same day.
Is everything really one price?
Everything that comes out of a bin, yes. The only exception is the clothing section, which is sold by weight at $5.00 a pound.
When do the bins get refilled?
A truckload lands on Saturday and nothing is added back midweek. That is why the price falls as the week goes on — the bins are emptying.
Why is it cheaper on Friday?
Because there is far less left. Nothing is topped up between trucks, so the pile shrinks all week and the price sinks with it.
Is the stock new?
It comes from major retailers clearing overstock, discontinued lines, and unopened customer returns. Boxes stay sealed in the bins so you can see exactly what you are buying.
At the store
Can I test electronics before I buy?
Yes — there is a testing station for anything with a battery or a plug. Test it there rather than at home.
Do you open sealed boxes?
We do not open them for display, but ask us and we will open anything so you can look inside.
Should I bring anything?
Bring a bag and wear something you can kneel in. You will be reaching into bins, not picking off shelves.
Is there parking?
Yes — free onsite parking right outside the door, with room to load up.
How long should I plan for?
Longer than you think. Most first-timers stay well over an hour on a restock day.
Clothing
How does clothing pricing work?
It is weighed at the till at $5.00 per pound, with a minimum of $25 or 5 lb.
Is clothing on the weekly ladder too?
No. The ladder applies to the bins only. Clothing is priced by weight all week, and it is restocked weekly.
Can I try things on?
Clothing is sold by weight at bulk pricing, and there is no fitting room queue. Check the seams and the measurements before you commit to the weight.

What are your opening hours?
We trade seven days a week. Today’s hours are shown in the bar at the top of every page, and the full week is on the visit page. Holiday changes are posted in the offers bar.
