We are a bricks-and-mortar store in North York, Ontario. We do not run an online account system, we do not sell anything through this website, and we do not build advertising profiles.

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, the subject you pick, and your message.

Our servers also record basic technical information with each request — your IP address and browser identification — which is standard for any website and is used to keep the site working and to block spam.

We use a session cookie so the site can keep track of a single visit. That is a functional cookie, not a tracking one. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics that follow you around the internet.

To answer your message. That is the main reason.

To protect the site. IP addresses and browser details let us recognise and block automated spam submissions, and they let us investigate anything abusive.

We do not use your information to send you marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

Our hosting provider processes the website on our behalf. The map on our visit page is embedded from Google Maps, and the social links take you to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and eBay — when you follow those links, those companies handle your data under their own policies, not ours.

Contact messages are kept for as long as they are useful in dealing with your enquiry, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case the same question comes up again. Ask us to delete one and we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will action it.

Giving us a phone number is entirely optional. If you would rather we reply by email only, just leave that field empty.

This site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children. The contact form asks for an email address, which we expect a parent or guardian to provide on behalf of a younger visitor.
